I have a 5 year journal I write in. Its great. Here is the same exact one I have:

One Line a Day: A Five-Year Memory Book
It allows you several lines to write in per day. On that same page, you will see four other sections for you to write in the following years. I've had mine for about a month and while I have not needed to look back on anything, it is nice to know that I can. I have terrible memory!
I would suggest this alternative to a traditional journal to anyone who overthinks, is busy and/or has bad memory. Aside from that, it is nice to be able to look back at any day and know what you did. The brevity of each section allows you to write a quick note so you are not deterred from writing everyday, as opposed to a journal where people tend to skip days.
I'm happy I found this in my local Target store because I really like journaling but traditional journals made me rant a lot and I did not want to spend my time dwelling on things.
Hope this helps!
Good luck and have a good day!
